Prestigious Award for the President of Bisen, Hokkaido
Mr. Hideo Takahashi, President of Hokkaido College of Art and Design, received an award from the Emperor of Japan, which was “The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays.”
He was given this as praise for his endeavors to education in art and design over a long time.
Mr. Hideo Takahashi was given an audience with the Emperor, along with the others who received awards in Tokyo on May 13th, 2014.
