From 18-22 October 2010 the AIAS will celebrate its 20th anniversary with special extra activities during the annual event, organized by member school Tafa in Tianjin, China.
To celebrate the AIAS 20 years anniversary TAFA will organize an extra workshop on making kites. Under the professional guidance of a famous Chinese Kite making artist. Participants prepare themselves by making sketches and take these to TAFA and work it out in situ. During the closing ceremony of the AIAS event the kites will be shown at a big square in Tianjin. TAFA will take care of free publicity under the title ‘Kites of different Skies’. It represents the AIAS spirit beautiful.
